The full cup shape provides fuller coverage for confidence, while the non-wired design ensures gentle comfort with light compression support. Made from fabric with Cool Comfort™ technology, it features dual cotton pockets perfect for a prosthesis. The adjustable straps and hook and eye fastening allow for a comfortable fit as your body heals after surgery.

Very comfortable and soft fabric. I did have a bit of trouble with the fastening, the velcro keeps catching when trying to fasten the hooks. Probably get easier with practice.

No, I don't recommend this
If you are very full chested and need a bra following breast cancer surgery, there are very few options available. Even those recommended by the hospital/ cancer charities do not really cater for a G cup. This ticks many of the boxes, front opening, no wiring, smooth but as many have already said, the fastening is really fiddly. I manage it now but envisage having to ask for help immediately post surgery. There must be a better way.

An excellent light weight bra

This is an excellent light weight summer or sleep bra that still gives enough support to recon boob and silicon prostheses. I wear this bra at night with a NJ weighted softee and on hot summer days with a NJ bean filled prostheses. I have also used it with my normal NHS silicon prostheses. At night I tend to leave the hooks done up and pull it on and off over my head and it works well. I would definitely recommend this bra. Bonus unlike many M&S post surgery bras it is NOT padded or bones.

It’s the best of a very bad bunch of post surgery bras. The Velcro is a bit daunting after the procedure and there should be more claps as the size goes up. The fabric is soft and it is a comfortable bra. It would be appreciated if these went through correct quality checks before being sent out as a dirty bra being delivered is unacceptable. I would recommend this post surgery but as I said it’s the best of a bad bunch.

Brought two of these bras to be used after breast surgery. They are very comfortable to wear, supportive too be which I needed. My surgery was to the side (armpit side). They have an adjustment on the back straps and the front ones. Find the Velcro at the front catches on certain materials.

Uncomfortable!
No, I don't recommend this
Bought this after lumpectomy and I find it very uncomfortable. Seam under arm rubs on my lymph nodes scar and I hate the fastening, fiddly and unsightly underclothes. Bought a 38B ( my size) and I feel sizing is off slightly under bust is tight, straps are loose even on shorted setting. Only good thing I can say is material feels nice and soft.

Really uncomfortable and hard to do up. Previous purchase was 3 years ago and the surgery bra was so much better and easier to do up with hook and eye rather than what the new surgery bra has, very fiddly to do up, not what you need after surgery!

I found the bra comfortable but very fiddly to do up and undo, especially straight after the operation when one arm is not very strong I think it would be much better with ordinary hooks and eyes, and also the Velcro stiff to undo

Bought for post op lumpectomy and lymph gland removal from armpit. I ordered my known size having been measured at an M&S store. I wore one of the three I bought and despite many attempts, it is extremely difficult to do up with the tiny hooks and velcro. I needed help. After wearing the bra for 24 hrs it became so uncomfortable, the velcro was digging in at the bottom end I had to undo the bottom clasp to alleviate the discomfort. For post operative bras, they are awful! I am returning the other 2 as soon as I can get to the post office. Waste of money spent on just one!

Bought due to major heart surgery. Bra is more supportive than the hospital supplied bra. It is adjustable on the arms. The front fastening is necessary. However the hooks are more fiddly than the hospital version. There are only 3 and they look quite feeble. It does its job.
