Impossible hooks
No, I don't recommend this
The hooks and eyes are impossible to use. I bought two of these bras one works, just, so I cut the labels off expecting the other to be identical. It’s not the same and is unwearable, so disappointed at a time when emotionally coping with everything else is hard.

I bought this bra to support me post surgery for breast cancer. Unfortunately, it was not comfortable or soft and I had to remove after a couple of hours.

Comfortable but Fiddly Fastenings
I have to wear a post op bra now for 6 weeks, day and night and whilst these bras are very comfortable I have found the fastenings very fiddly to do up, as they pivot around while trying to get them into the loops. I think if they were made to be the same as the hooks and eyes on back fastening bras it’s would be much easier.

Very comfortable bra, good quality and good support. I would have given these bras a 5 star, but the front fasteners are extremely fiddly to both fasten and unfasten, even the nurse in surgical unit struggled to fasten the bra for me after my surgery. The addition of the velcro strip is beneficial.

Not the most comfortable of rme, but that is possibly more about my body shape. Hook and eye combo is really awkward though. Don't like it, but possible to just do up with the velcro.

Good evening M&S, Your surgical bras are excellent. They fit comfortably and they are able to protect my sternam after a sternotomy operation. I am stuck in the hospital and unfortunately they have run out of surgical brasin the hospital and I was not given one in theatre. Is there anyway I could order some online? I need about 6 44G. Thank you. Sorry I am desperate. I have got no one that can come into the store to order for me. But I have someone who could pick up a clock and collect parcel at the colliers Wood branch. Thank you

I was having a reverse shoulder operation and was looking for something easy to put on , soft and that did up at the front....I looked at one that had a zip, but a lovely lady (Karen) at the Witney M&S suggested this one and ordered it in my size....nurses at the hospital were impressed with it too., I could even sleep in it.

Good for some but not all breast surgery
This bra is soft and easy to fasten, it washes well but after awhile the Velcro loses it fasten-ability. It has good wide side straps, which is necessary if you’ve had LICAP/LTAP. On the flipside, this bra is not very supportive. If you have had reconstructive surgery, then this is not the right bra for you. Unfortunately, nobody explains the right bra, but please don’t waste your money buying this if that’s what you need.

Very poor post surgery bra
No, I don't recommend this
Very disappointed in this as a post surgery bra and would not buy again as it’s a waste of money for me. The hooks at the front are very difficult to manage even if you havnt just had surgery, plus there is lining seam right across the middle of the main section of the bar each side which is very uncomfortable after surgery and leaves indentations on the skin, not sure why you wouldn’t just have a smooth piece of fabric , poor design, I would have returned it but it was only after wearing for a few hrs that these issues became apparent.

Bought post breast cancer surgery thinking it would be easy to fasten.. very fiddly.. hooks get caught when trying to thread the loops and Velcro doesn’t lie flat.. disappointing.

Sadly I was disappointed - after a booked bra fitting, there was nothing in my size to try on. Ordered from store to my local Food Hall. The bras did not fit, plus the hooks and eyes are very fiddly for arthritic fingers. It was good to hear no VAT but I now have to return bras for a refund. I suggest, when booking a bra fitting, you ask what bra size is, so that at least 1 may be available to try on?
