Unfortunately the wooden box has arrived broken. One of the side totally fell off. Luckily the items inside were not damaged but it wasn’t as nice as a gift as I expected. I tried to glue the side back but didn’t work so I had to take out the items and give it to my friend in a gift bag. The items inside costs £24 so i have now a £12 worth broken box that goes to the bin. When I raised the issue with M&S, I received a £5 voucher that I used to buy a card for my friend to say sorry for the poorly presented gift.
