Polka Dot Tie Neck Midi Skater Dress

I purchased this Hobbs dress through M&S and when I collected it in-store, I expected it to be on a hanger in a long bag not the small grey bag it was sent in. When you are paying £190 for a dress you do not expect it to be folded many times to fit very inappropriate packaging. The actual material felt very greasy, like it had a film on it. I rang the Hobbs store to see if this was a common problem and she advised me to iron the dress as they would always steam it before it went into store but obviously this was not the case with M&S. It came up slightly better but still not worth the amount of money but at this stage I had little time to look for another outfit.
