Absolute disgrace
I have bought an M and S poinsettia for 9 successive years. The first 7 years I managed to keep it healthy for a year. Unfortunately last year it lasted less than 2 months whilst this year it will be lucky to last through Christmas. It arrived completely dried out and despite correct watering is losing all its leaves at a rapid rate. I find this very disappointing and makes me feel that after last year’s failure I will never buy a poinsettia from M and S again.

The product is beautiful, and was well received by the recipient. However, last year they cost £30. There's no way you can justify a price increase of over 30%, you're just being greedy. For this reason, I probably won't buy it next year.

An attractive plant arrived on Monday 1st. By Friday 5th it was dead. I did everything I could to keep it going. Last year’s was a poor plant but lasted much longer. No more poinsettias .

A gorgeous plant, big and healthy with lots of red and fantastic glossy green too. I’m not a fan of the basket but that was easily swapped. A terrific gift for delivery to people who can’t get out, like my elderly mum. Thoroughly recommended!
