Pleated Midi Skirt

Well done M&S, right on trend with the sparkle pleated midi skirt - looks fab with heals and a cashmere jumper, whilst also fab with skate shoes and a denim jacket - love it!!

Was very pleased to find this pleated skirt, especially at such a good price. I wouldn't say it creates a 'fitted silhouette' as the pleats start immediately below the waistband. That said I found my usual size 12 to be a comfortable fit with some flexibility on the waist. At 5'6" tall the length is good for me, sitting at the top of my calf. Whilst not a good quality fabric, and this is reflected in the price, the skirt does have a nice shimmer, it is also lined which adds some weight. Buyer be warned, I did have to try 3 skirts before selecting one, due to puckering around the zip, and the lack of actual pleats. All that said I am confident that it will prove a useful skirt during the forthcoming festive season.

I've been looking for the perfect pleated skirt and at 5'11" this one is a perfect fit and length. The pleats are great at not making you look big across the hips like some pleated skirts can do. Can be dressed up or as smart workwear. Well done M@S

Lovely skirt that can be dressed up or down for all occasions. Had to go up a size though as very small round the waist.

I love this skirt, it's very good quality and has gorgeous shimmery fabric with a full lining. It feels very feminine and will go perfectly with lots of tops or jumpers.

I saw this skirt online and ordered straight away,and although there were reviews saying it didn't hang right I thought I would give it a go. The fit is perfect but even with the 20% offer I could not live with the way it hung from the zip down,the pleating just isn't uniformed and goodness knowsake what would happen when it was washed,it's also a rather strange colour neither black or grey and so back it went,where the girl on customer services told me they had many returned for the same reason.

Bought this skirt on a whim as I'd seen many similar but not as reasonably priced as this one. The metallic sheen looks great on, but agree with some of the other reviewers that it fits a little small on the waist. I bought my regular size & it fits great everywhere else. Wore it & received lots of compliments. Would highly recommend as it also washes well.

I really liked this pleated skirt the moment I saw it, although I had to try one in store and order two others before I found one that had the zip fitted correctly and the pleats correctly hung. It has been worth the effort though as I absolutely love it. Can be dressed up or down. I am sure I will get lots of wear out of it.

The skirt is lovely; great fabric which doesn't seem to crease, lovely metallic look and good midi length. Not frumpy. Agree with the other reviews that the waist comes up small - so went up a size.

I love this skirt, ordered my usual size and it fits perfectly, the material is lovely, and has a lovely shine to the fabric, it will go with so many different coloured tops. I shall wear it with a lace grey top, for a cruise.

I bought this elegant little skirt to go with a black fitted top and shaped jacket today..... I'm so, so fed up with wearing trousers and jeans!?!? I got it home, tried it on and was completely thrilled with the look..... Perfect for any occasion.... And SO feminine! The nicest thing I've bought from M andS in eons!?!?

Lovely skirt but I took it back because it was much too small even though I ordered my normal size.
