Care instructions
Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Purchased for my wife’s birthday. They arrived as promised but upon opening they were somewhat disappointing as they were limp and the petals had a brown tinge. Once cut and put in a varse they picked up and have made some splendid blooms which are still near perfect after 8 days.

I ordered these flowers for my daughter’s birthday. Contrary to the description, they arrived in full bloom (not in bud) so their life span in a vase will be much shorter than I expected for the price. I’ve sent flowers using M&S countless times, sadly this is the last time as they simply aren’t consistently good enough.
