Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Not as good as usual
Although our bouquet was delivered before 9:00 am, the flowers were already dried out. The tissue paper that was supposed to be keeping them damp was dry so the flowers were not looking well at all. I dread to think how the deliveries after mine would be!
