Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Lovely but didn’t last long.
We bought these as a thank you to mum on our wedding day. They looked and smelt beautiful but unfortunately the following day they had already started to wilt and drop. Unlike M&S flowers, they’re normally great.

I sent these flowers to a friend as a get well gesture. They arrived on time, and my friend was very pleased with them and said they were lovely. However, she hadn’t known who had sent them until I contacted her, because there was no accompanying card with the flowers. I did complete this online when ordering the flowers, so don’t understand why this was not included. This is the reason I have marked this four out of five stars instead of full marks.

I sent these to my daughtrr for her birthday as we were away on holiday. When i visted her i asked her where the rest if the flowers were! There were mo more, looked like a very cheap bunch from the supermarket. Ive ordered loads of flowers from you and if this is the quality i shall need to look elsewhere.

Flowers arrived on time but were not in great condition.They were really brown and half of them were dead ,not what I expected from M&S.Asked for a replacement and they delivered quickly but this made them late for their 50th wedding anniversary.
