No, I don't recommend this
Have bought your petite jeans many times over the years but I am told you have changed supplier and this is now plainly obvious in the sizing and quality of your petite range, I doubt I will be buying from this range again for a while.......

made me look slimmer.
Yes, I recommend this
Apple shaped, 5.2, and these jeans in size 16/ extra short fitted perfectly. They even made me like slimmer with a lovely streamlined look. Now I want to buy more and they are sold out in this size. Please get some more in stock and DO NOT alter the material or styling in the process.

Not happy
No, I don't recommend this
Have two pairs of these Jeans already that fit perfectly. These are cut way to small (I haven't put on weight) could hardly pull them up. So will be returning them.

Petit Jeans
No, I don't recommend this
As I am only 5ft tall I decided to try the petit range in these jeans. However although they fitted ok they were about 3 inches longer in the leg than an ordinary pair I had bought earlier. Very disappointed. They were returned. Do the designers think that although you are petit you have longer legs!! This is the first time I have bought anything in the petit range, but I won't bother again

Good fit
Yes, I recommend this
Bought both short & extra short. The Petite short are exactly the same length as the standard short length and are fine with boots or a heel. The Petite extra short are ankle length and a good fit with flat shoes. I am 5'0".

Very reasonably priced jeans
Yes, I recommend this
Brilliant jeans ... I purchased two pairs ... I'm 5 ft 2 inches and the size 10 was so perfect in fit and length. Really can't say more how brilliant they are and how very reasonably priced.

Just the right length.
Yes, I recommend this
Size 8 to small,( I am a 8 in Next ) size 10 a little looser than I would like. However leg length is perfect. Let's have a wider range of jeans and smart ladies trousers in extra short please.

Sizing is all over the place!
Yes, I recommend this
Having previously ordered and returning a size 18 due to them being too big I reordered a size smaller. When I tried them on they were at least 2 sizes smaller! Now I have to return yet again.....these p&p costs and running back to the collection point has cost me the price of a pair of jeans.

My first pair of petite jeans from M&S
Yes, I recommend this
I'm actually rather impressed with my first pair of petite jeans from M&S - Size 10, Extra Short legs, Medium Indigo Pro: the sizing is comfortable, good material, colour is true to the photo, great value for money. Con: why there isn't measurement for the inside leg length on the product itself, lable, or online size reference? I really appreciate that M&S has two different lengths to choose for the petite range, but this only works if the customer knows the actual inside leg measurement. Most stores don't stock the petite range so customer risk of purchasing it blind. This ambiguity doesn't present with the men's department as they are clearly labled! (BTW, the inside leg measurement for Extra Short Size 10 is 27'') Overall, this is a great staple product!

Very small sizing
No, I don't recommend this
These jeans are really not bad quality for the price. However, they are substantially smaller than they should be. I am 5' and have a 26" inside leg. These 'extra short' jeans are a 27" inside leg - so, not actually that short (I had to contact M&S to find out exactly how short 'extra short' is as the website doesn't tell you. Now, I could put up with this but the overall sizing is tiny. I am a size 14 - all my clothes are size 14 including all my other jeans and trousers. I would expect a size 14 'petite' clothing to mean (depending on the item) that the arms & legs would be shorter and the length between waist and armpit would be shorter - but that waist/hips/bust would be a standard 14 measurement. In the case 'petite' size jeans, I would expect these to be a standard size 14 fit round the waist and hips but with a short leg. These jeans are actually a size 12 (but labelled as a 14). Come on M&S - being short and a size 14 means exactly that: it does not mean that really I'm a size 12. I could send them back and get a size 16 but I just can't be bothered so I'll give them to my size 12 friend instead and then just not bother shopping from M&S as they clearly do not read the feedback that they get. I've been buying from M&S for a long time but I really think the time has come to find a new brand.

Yet another pair of jeans/trousers returned because the zip has been put in the wrong way. They also gaped at the back and had 28.5 inch inside leg.

If you're under 5'3" definitely try petite
Yes, I recommend this
Being a size 18, which is plus size, I didn't think I needed petite jeans. However, for the past 5 years all my M and S straight leg or skinny jeans were saggy around front and bottom despite going for mid rise or lower rise styles. I almost gave up then tried these petite jeans in a Size 18 Short (leg length is perfect for a 5' 1" person with a turned up hem and flat shoes). Petite is definitely cut right for the shorter person even if you're a plus size as length to waist is shorter and legs taper in sooner. These are a great mid to dark indigo and better, thicker cotton than a lot of other stretch denim. My only complaint is that I would like to see M and S produce jeans with contrast stitch embroidery on the pockets as a decorative pattern. Jeans rarely have that now and have smaller pockets and in stretch or ski by sizes can make your behind look a little large with a cast expanse of material. Embroidery and studs, which M and S used to use, would break it up and make the bottom look better.

Petite range
Yes, I recommend this
These jeans are good for price but wish they did them in slim leg. Petite range very limited and not always in stock. Petite range in stores is even more limited than on line. Wish petite range was bigger. Sure all you petite people out there would agree.
