Awful Quality and fit with no return option

Dreadful quality and fit. I ordered 7 pjs for my family and they were all too small particularly the ladies ones. One set came as a plain grey t shirt with no snowman or personalisation…very disappointing

PJ Disaster and no accountability

M&S failed to pack the bottoms so made a complete mess of the Christmas surprise. By the time the order was sent it was too late to reorder, and disappointingly sending out the missing bottoms was not a solution. Because we ordered matching branded sets it made our other PJ order obsolete which lead to us having to have a stand up battle with a manager in store when we explained why we wanted to return the entire order. The manager couldn’t understand why the other orders whilst correct were rendered useless by the fact one person’s order was incomplete.

women's pyjamas very small sizes ordered Medium & Extra Large which are normal sizes but these were very small and didn't fit

Bought 4 personalised Pjs for a weekend Christmas trip. Delighted with them. The quality is good , they are soft and fit true to size. Very happy!

The top is skin tight. Not comfortable at all

The top us skin tight. Not comfortable at all and not in keeping with the sizes chart. I bought a large with was supposed to be 14-16 and I’m a size 14. I bought my daughter a M supposed to be 10-12 and she is usually a 10 both are skin tight. We normally wear our Christmas pjs all year but a doubt these will come out on Christmas Eve I’d rather wear last years
