Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Creme Cleanser / Moisture Mask 150ml

My skin is so dry in the winter I've only ever been able to use cold cream for cleansing, which can get kinda goopy and difficult to remove (using cleansing cloths irritates my skin, as does using water on my face in cold weather). This cleanser is so mild and creamy but at the same time rinses off leaving the skin moisturized and not stripped in any way. The best cleanser I've ever used. Highly recommend for sensitive, winter-dry skin, although I will be using it all year to nourish and protect too

I purchased this product based off a sample I had gotten from a previous order. I mistakenly did not order the foam, but the Creme instead. It was very greasy and left my face feeling like I needed to wash it again to remove the residue. I called to see what my options were to get the correct face wash. I was told to return and reorder. Seemed like too much work so I just threw it away.

Mistakenly ordered this creme version of Perfectly Clean vs the Purifying Mask one. I thought I would give it a try since I also use creme cleansers in my routine. It was so thick and once wiped and rinsed off left my skin with a unpleasant sticky residue. I decided to return the product but the postage to return to the Return Dept 35 min from my home was $15, almost half the cost of the product. I should have just tossed it out. My mistake to have not looked closer at the product description on line, however, Estee Lauder Marketing has to make the Creme version more apparent on the tube. I am not the only customer who has made the same order error.

This is a fantastic cleanser. My wife has been using for more than 10 years and swears by it. The whole family is using this cleanser.

I've used this cleanser for a few years now. It is perfect for removing my double wear foundation. Leaves my skin moisturized but not greasy. It's also an awesome moisture mask for the winter months, but too heavy to also use in the summer. I've tried others over the years but this is definitely my standard and nothing else has come close.

This is the best cleanser on the market. Have used for years now. Cleans and leaves skin so so and supple.

This creme cleanser leaves my face feeling clean and moist. Love not having to rise with water. I use it daily.

Feels very soothing & refreshing to skin as a cleanser and moisture mask. Highly recommend this cleanser, especially for sensitive skin.

Asked the lady for Perfectly Clean cleanser and was sold this instead of the purify mask which leaves your skin fantastically clean. This moisture mask does not feel like it cleans your skin but leaves it moisturised and feeling a little greasy.

I guess I am kicking myself because I thought I ordered my favorite Perfectly Clean facial foam wash. However, this is different than the Foaming Wash. Buyer beware. I wish Estée Lauder would do different packaging for each cleanser.(I believe they use to have a pink package for this product). This product feels greasy to me - it's like washing my face with a cold cream. The Foaming Cleanser is so luxurious and lovely!! Please make the packaging easier to distinguish product differences.

My favorite skin cleanser! It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. I like to apply it before getting into the shower and letting it sink in for the duration, then rinse off at the end. It leaves my skin silky smooth.

I felt mu skin feels after cleansing left residue n I feel kind a reluctant to use so I pass it to my friend

It's a great product As a cleanser it feels weird (greasy feeling) but when you take it off, it leaves skin clean and not tight. Just need to get used in it and it would be great. As a leave in mask, this product is great. It dissolves and melts in your skin - hydrating it. If you have dry/combination skin don't use it on T-zone.

this cleanser is good for when my skin is dry and flakey and needs hydration even during cleansing. works so well.
