Perfect Poise™ Underwired Non-Padded Posture B-E Bra

Why didn't someone think to make this a bra that does up at the front????? Once I had my arms and head through I was stuck and couldn't get in or out of it!! I thought it a fantastic idea but a front fastening would work.

I am sure it does the job but to uncomfortable to get on. Certainly not the prettiest bra in the world. Shame so ugly.

I wish the packaging for this bra gave instructions on how to put it on easily. I did struggle for a bit, but life's too short, and I never actually got it on. It's going back.

I love this bra it really makes a difference ,i bought the skin tone one ,i will need to get the black one.its not very sexy but i dont care it makes me stand tall and i look slimmer.brilliant.

Having very bad posture and suffering back pain daily, thought I would try this bra! After wearing for a full day, did not suffer any back ache! Fabulous bra! Not the most attractive and I wish they had a more uplifting version but for everyday wear I love it!!

I initially found this bra very comfortable (albeit a little bit more time consuming to get on than regular bras) but after wearing it for a whole day it started digging in to my sides/under arms. It didn't improve my posture as much as just acting as a gentle reminder to straighten up. I would have preferred it if the cups were lightly padded or push up style. Might just keep it for yoga classes rather than everyday wear as it doesn't enhance look under clothes.

I have a bad back, and normally have to customise all my bras to be crossovers to help my posture. I was really excited that you made this bra that sounds just perfect for me. However, I am a 32E and you do not make this size. I bought a 34DD and the cup fit is excellent, but the back does not fit as snugly as I would want (which is after all the whole point). I will have to put up with this size, but please, M&S, would you do smaller back sizes? I see that lots of other reviewers also want larger cup sizes too. I am sure you would sell them as this is a really good concept for a bra.

My posture is not great, a result of being slightly taller than most and doing a job which has me frequently hunched over. I take a 34E and ordered this size. It was difficult to get on as you have to pull it on over your head and down over your chest. The bra has a slightly rigid make up which makes this action uncomfortable so I can see why there were comments about Houdini struggling with it! When i got it on the cup fit was okay and once the back strap had been connected the lower part of the back felt fine, however the part which crosses the back to the shoulder, to help with the posture, gave no added support, I was able to slouch forward as if I had a regular bra on. In my opinion this is a comfortable, if not a tad tricky bra to get on, but there is little benefit to posture sadly.

My physio reccomended this bra. Normally I am a size 36F so had to order 36E and 38E. I found it almost impossible to get the 38F on. Once I had managed to get it done up the back support bands were too loose and the bra gaped across my shoulders, absolutly no benefit to my posture at all! It was even harder to get off. A great idea but in my opinion making it in sizes for F+ and making it front fastening with some back adjustment would make it a lot easier to get on and off!

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that this bra doesn't come in a size 32 back? I am a 32E and can imagine there are many out there like me who would love this bra but it's too big! M and S please sort this out!!

amazing! except for the small thing that you guys don't go past size E..need a 34F and would have been perfection. the bra is designed for saving our backs from large breasts-E is not the largest, so loads of women won't be helped! I'm tempted to wear the 36E, but will have to weigh a comfortable back against certain 4 breast situation!

I missed this bra the first time round - I discovered it just after Daily Mail (I think) printed a review and all the stock disappeared overnight. Recently noticed it back in stock (it might have been for a while) and ordered one in natural. Sorry, but I think I'm one of the 15% for whom this bra does not really feel like it's helping posture. The cup material is also not great - very thin. So sorry - not my favourite.

I had to wait a long time to get my size, 34B seems very difficult to obtain, however it was well worth it. I was not expecting it to be so comfortable and also wondered if it really worked, but this is a very comfortable bra and does improve posture. It did take out some time to work out how to get it on though! Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend, great value.
