Perfect Christmas Bouquet (Delivery pre-Christmas)

I bought this for a friend for Christmas thinking the colours would be perfect. The bouquet received was pink and not as many flowers. I did contact customer services immediately but to date I have not had a response.

I sent three of these, at the very last minute, and was pleased that they arrived on time, on the 24th. Interestingly 2 had dark pink coloured flowers whilst the third was as pictured Everyone seemed happy and they lasted at least a week.

I ordered this bouquet at rather short notice and was delighted to get a Christmas Eve delivery. My friend said bouquet was lovely and gave her house a real Chrismassy feel. I was kept informed of order & delivery details throughout process. Great service.

Flowers arrived damaged and not fresh. I would not recommend.

Christmas bouquet was not left in porch as recorded but dumped in flower bed where it was discovered three days later.

Good quality flowers arrived in good condition and on time.
