I bought this for a friend for Christmas thinking the colours would be perfect. The bouquet received was pink and not as many flowers. I did contact customer services immediately but to date I have not had a response.

I sent three of these, at the very last minute, and was pleased that they arrived on time, on the 24th. Interestingly 2 had dark pink coloured flowers whilst the third was as pictured Everyone seemed happy and they lasted at least a week.

I ordered this specifically for Christmas and was very disappointed when the recipient sent me a photo on Christmas Eve and the red flowers had been substituted for light pink flowers. This made the bouquet look very strange and not at all Christmassy - which was the whole point. If M&S are going to swap flowers I think they should have stuck to red! Plus there was only one stem of the lime green, when there we're supposed to be two. Would not order from them again - nothing like photo!
