Arrived with items loose. It is held together using thick cardboard inside the pink paper which is clearly visible spoiling the look of it. The pink paper is crumpled. Personalised message not included. Save yourself a lot of money by buying some sweets and putting them in tissue paper.

Disappointed at the condition it was eventually delivered . . . paid for nominated delivery day & it was 3 days late! Although I got refunded the delivery charge it was still an inconvenience as it was a birthday present for someone
