Instructions: The bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. To prolong the life of the flowers, re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline

Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Top up the water regularly
•
Products will arrive in bud, or with fewer open flowers than pictured. This is to avoid damage during delivery and to give the maximum period of flowering in the home

Lovely flowers bad service
From what I know the flowers were lovely however the recipient had no idea who they were from because the gift message that should have been with them was not attached or anywhere in the packaging.
