Damaged Panel

Brilliant delivery on time, excellent delivery people. However when they unpacked the packaging one panel was damaged. Note this was put in the packaging damaged!!! All sent back now having to till August. No discount offered by company as having spent large amounts of money with M and S. Better quality control needed ASAP

Well engineered and robust - built to last!
I received this cupboard a few days ago. It did take a while to erect (about 2 hours). You do have to have a second person to assist. It is a made with robust and high density MDF and good quality Oak. The components arrived in two boxes. Both very heavy. If you are elderly, then I would recommend a strapping young assistant to help you. All the parts fit perfectly. The hardware (hinges) are made in Italy and I suspect the unit may be sourced from a European manufacturer. It really looks stunning and is well worth the price. Getting the doors to align perfectly is a bit tricky. All the parts are so well engineered, there is little room for sloppy assembling. Be careful not to strip the springed hinge adjustment screw. Well worth getting. Classic looks!
