this is is meant to be a platter? but the range has bowls and no plates!! so i brought four and used them as plates, instead of platters. yes they are big but i think it works well as a dinner plate because you don't utilise the whole surface. it is edged with gold markings, so when used as a plate you do not go over this area. perfect but very expensive!! i brought in the 20% promotion so i saved myself a few bob! only for special occasions! the hubby is scared to use them!! :D
