It has a fresh rose scent that is quite pleasant. The packaging has a lid that is easy to open and dispense the product. I use it in the morning and in the evening right after cleansing. My skin feels soft and soothed after use and it helps to remove the remains of any impurities left after cleansing such as makeup. It us glycerin based and is infused with rose water extract.

It’s very lightweight like water consistency I won’t say lotion as name suggests. But definitely gives instant hydration and refresh the face. Wasn’t much pleased with scent as it felt a little more artificial than natural rose scent. Otherwise it worked well for my combination skin to keep it hydrated and not feel overwhelmed.

It is in the title of the product being ‘very rose’ so if you are sensitive to rose scents or overall scents then this might not be suitable for you. Once I apply it, it doesn’t seem to have a lingering scent which I prefer. I use after my usual makeup removal routine and it definitely picks up that stubborn makeup/dirt on your face that gets left off so really good for makeup removal. Used for a couple weeks now and can’t say for certain it’s made a difference to my skin but have been enjoying using it as part of my skincare routine and will continue to use it.
