These are very comfortable trainers. I bought them after spending a long time researching how to take up running, and this was the model that had been recommended to me. I’d advise going up a size to avoid any problems with your toenails.

I absolutely LOVE these trainers, they feel like you’re running on air! I struggled with come calves pain and was advised to change my shoes and get some that were slightly more cushioned and since using the novablast 5 I haven't had any pain and they are super supportive while running
