Egyptian Cotton 230 Thread Count Duvet Cover

Not a good fit for my king size duvet. M&S call this a double, I don't know why, most other retailers call 4'6" a king size. Anyway it is too small. Unfortunately, I had washed it before I tried it. I did manage to return the fitted sheet, which was also too small.

The fabric is nice quality and the colour is great. However I washed it on 30 easy care setting and tumble dried it and no way is it non iron! A bit disappointed at that.

Disappointed in the feel of the material, have washed it twice using fabric softener but it still feels scratchy I hope it will improve with time. Why the unnecessary embroidery line 2 3rds down on the front? . I purchased the fitted sheets from the same range and they feel smooth and totally different

A well made and quality duvet with a decent weight that fits the dimensions of our King Size duvet (Snuggledown Hotel 4.5 tog) perfectly. However, the 'Non-Iron technology' claim is simply fanciful and plainly incorrect, and M&S should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this. Unless you enjoy sleeping in a clean scrunched-up handkerchief then you'll have to iron the cover to make it acceptable. Tumble Drying, Dehumidifying or natural drying (and any combination of same) always results in a badly creased bundle. You have been warned! If it had lived up to claims and expectation we would have given the review a 5 star, but because of the above we've reduced it to 3.

Well made, good material for the price but too big for my duvet and size down was too small. Had to make it smaller to fit, so wasted some material I'm afraid.

Lovely smooth cotton. Good size for double duvet. Very happy
