No Frizz Instant De-Frizzer 208ml

Being blessed with lots of fine but wildly frizz-prone hair (brought on by the slightest hint of humidity, rain, fog etc) I've gone through so many products over the years that promise so much but none have delivered like this miracle product. All I can say is that it's on another level... a couple of sprays without fail turns dull frizzy hair into shiny silken strands, it's unbelievable. I literally stock-pile it and never leave the house without the travel size can in my handbag. Absolutely ADORE.

Love this De-Frizzer. Apply to the ends of hair then a quick spray all over and ruffle through with fingers. Keeps my hair from looking like I've had a partial electric shock after undertaking a wet or windy dog walk. May not be for everyone but I've found it one of the best and although not cheap, it lasts for some time.

Not sure if worth £25 . Have tried it twice now, and even soaking my hair with the product, my curly hair is still frizzy.

My daughter has baby fine hair too, but she has at least 10 times more hair than me. If I put mine in a ponytail, the entire thickness is equivalent to approximately a small section of my daughters hair. As you can imagine it’s extremely frustrating to achieve any styles. I’ve grown my hair long for the first time ever and it’s just so flat and thin. Despite looking after it well, recently it’s become a tad dry and frizzy, which I’m told is due to my age, as I don’t dye my hair or use heat stylers very often. I accidentally found Living Proof from a YouTube video; the young lady recommended the Instant Defrizzer for any fly away hairs or frizzing on dry hair. I purchased it with high hopes as it literally looked like magic in a can on the video. I was blown away when I used it; a quick spray over all my hair and it was as though I’d wound the clock back by years, my hair looked smooth! There was absolutely zero trace of product, zero greasiness or clumping or darkening of the hair and nothing to the touch either. Just perfect hair! I decided to try their other products, still hesitant as I’ve a cupboard of expensive hair products that do nothing for my hair and some make things worse :( I’ve also tried from other brands, products that thicken hair, but they leave your hair feeling horrible to the touch and a bit grimy to the eye. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner and hoped for the best…well…phenomenal! They actually work, they’ve almost made my hair look as though I’ve double the amount. It has made my hair look or feel horrible in anyway. In fact when I pull my hair in to a ponytail or in sections, it feels thicker. It’s literally magical! I washed my hair twice with the shampoo from roots to ends to ensure I removed all old products from my hair. The conditioner I put on the bottom half of my hair and worked it through with my fingers until there were no knots. Then I quickly used a wide tooth comb to comb the product through, but not higher than the top of my ears and then rinsed it out. I don’t leave conditioner in my hair for long and avoid the roots due to having such fine hair. It weighs my hair down. I also used my own heat spray the Living Proof 5 in 1 styler for smoothness, volume, conditioning, strength, and polish. I only put a small blob on and worked it through my hair and was surprised at how well a little amount did. For the first time in many many years I enjoyed styling my hair and loved the results. I didn’t even need the Instant Defrizzer. My hair had more body, looked so healthy, shiny and the style held. I normally get so frustrated and end up tying my hair up. But, despite being in a rush, I loved how my hair looked and left it down. I only was my hair 2-3 times per week and normally use a dry shampoo. I purchased their Perfect Day Dry Shampoo, albeit a lot more expensive than my usual one. I can honestly say it was worth it and I don’t ever want to use anything else. Absolutely zero trace after use, no white marks or bits in the hair and it doesn’t make your hair feel grimy. You only need a little bit, especially in comparison to others Ive used. It also added lots of volume to my hair and didn’t have an overwhelming smell. It smelt nice, but it was subtle. Nor did it leave a white coating over my furniture, like others do! Tip: use at night before bed as the results are far better. Spray lightly to your hair, gently rub it in and sleep. Additionally another Tip: if you have very fine hair like me, after drying your hair, put the dry shampoo in your fringe for volume and also part your hair about 1/2 inch down, all around your head and lightly spray after washing and drying hair. You don’t need much, but it simply gives a bit more volume and makes your hair look thicker. PRICE: In comparison to supermarket hair products, Living Proof is expensive, but their products are strong and work very well, therefore you won’t use as much. I can honestly highly recommend these products if you’ve fine and flat hair. I sincerely hope they work as well for you, just remember less is more! It will make your hair look amazing and more importantly it will boost your confidence. I’ve now purchased more products and I can’t wait to try them. Due to the cost, I will have to build my product collection up slowly, but it’s worth it! A humongous thank you to Living Proof for products that actually work!

I have very thick, curly hair which I straighten. The problem is if there's any moisture in the air my hair reverts to type. Once I learnt to use this product properly (applying it before leaving home) I found it really helps prevent frizz. It seems to act like a barrier protecting my hair without making it sticky. I've tried a lot of anti frizz products and, for me, this is one of the best I've come across.

Can dented all over due to lack of care in packaging looked second hand

I have searched for years for a product that would tame my frizz. I have fine hair but a lot of it and it has a natural curl. If it gets slightly damp it just goes all frizzy. This product is amazing. Since using it I have not had any frizzy days at all. Had a travel size initially but now have the full size. LOVE IT.

I have tried free frizz shampoo, conditioner and the Instant De-Frizzer few times before I write a review and defiantly not worthy. It is too pricey and it doesn't work how the picture shows. Very disappointed.

After trying few times frizz free shampoo, conditioner and the Instant De-Frizzer my hair still frizz so unfortunately I will ask for a return and refund :( I am very disappointed as I was expecting a good result because of the price. Also, it is a shame that I can't post pictures of my hair after using the product to prove myself.

It’s really calming down frizzy strands around my face

I have very fine curly hair so thought I would try this product to see if it would tame and smooth the frizz. Sadly, it worked out to be a costly and worthless purchase as it's claims where not true for my hair.

I found this product to be absolutely useless. No affect on my frizz. A complete waste of money.

Made my hair look greasy even with the slightest spray and did not help with frizz. It was expensive and would not purchase again.

Firstly I'd like to comment on a previous review. This product is not a dry shampoo, it is designed to combat frizz. I have fine long ringlets which can be prone to a bit of frizz if the weather is damp. I follow the 'curly girl' method so don't use silicone or SLS which means that most if not all de-frizzers are no good for me. I tried the small version of this and love it. A light spray all over and a bit of a scrunch on dry hair defines my curls but doesn't weigh them down.It leaves them soft and not crunchy. I can imagine if you spray enough it will look greasy so I go lightly. It is expensive (thank-you Sparks offer for 20% off!) but for me it will last a long time.
