Areview Nice hand wash but often difficult to open The handwash itself has a nice smell, quite mild. It lathers well and I would buy it more often if it was easier to open. However, half of the bottles I have bought, including my recent purchase, have been impossible to open. If I have a dispenser from a previous one that I've used I swap it over onto the new one, but if I don't, I'm stuck with a dispenser I can't open. Right now it's back in a bathroom drawer waiting for a visitor or neighbour to master the art of opening it. This definitely puts me off buying this product more frequently. They need to sort this issue out.

Charsss Lathers well and delicious smelling hand wash. I love the smell of this. A little goes a long way and the smell lingers. It makes the bathroom smell lovely.

DIYwife Hand wash lovely, delivery to store awful! This Neals Yard hand wash is lovely, I really like the brand. The bottle is glass and when I collected it from store it had been wrapped in a loose plastic bag, it was smashed to bits and there was a hole in the bag with the pump sticking through. Really bad standard.
