Really Disappointed
No, I don't recommend this
Got these for my wife for Mother's day. Two flowers were missing but the stems were packed regardless. Some of the flowers were damaged and some had started withering. This was on day one. The flowers were withered and tired well before a week had passed. I would not expect this from M&S. Felt like I had got them from a deep discounter but then again, they would do a better job than this. The flowers don't fill up the vase as they are made to look in the product images. Really disappointed. M&S is one of my favourite retailers but with this kind of poor product quality, it's not surprising they are struggling.

Bought for mother's day. arrived wilted and look NOTHING like the picture. I am beyond upset and annoyed that my mum might think that I would give her something so atrocious purposefully. The fairtrade roses have always been my go to in the past and IF I ever order from M&S flowers again, it will be the roses.

Bouquet looked beautiful when it arrived. However, with the exception of three white roses, the other blooms had withered and died within the week. I have bought many bouquets and the blooms always last longer this.

The bouquet arrived damaged (broken flowers) and wilted, and not nearly as big and beautiful as it should have been - it was nothing like the pictures. Customer services were very apologetic and refunded straightaway, but this has put me off ordering flowers from M&S in future. I would give this zero stars if I could.
