Birthday card arrives days early with zero message
No, I don't recommend this
I bought this as a birthday present, gave clear instructions about date of birthday and message content. Unfortunately M&S sent the card way too early, so it arrived days before the birthday. Sadly the card additionally did not contain the short birthday message I had specified, so all in all the M&S gift card idea was a disaster. To cap off a bad experience, M&S sent the review request to my correct email but addressed it to someone completely different. I understand customer details at M&S have been hacked and now wonder if M&S had sent the birthday message specified whether it would have been received as from me or from the person they addressed the email too.

What an excellent way to send a gift with no worry what to say as there is a blank space for your own heartfelt words, or if not able to get out of house, as postage is included, i have purchased a few, so easy to track (if i can do it anyone can!) just wish M&S would do more for men, as there are lots for women, am sure they would sell very quickly. I don't know what the person i sent it to hasn't said anything but it only arrived this morning. SORRY i wouldn't recommed as i was looking for a man's card.
