Lovely coat nice length I am 5ft 3 and it’s just the right length for me good quality haven’t worn it in the rain yet so can’t say I’d it waterproof it’s light but has enough room to wear a jumper underneath it so I like the colour as well not to much print

This coat perfectly combines style and practicality. I love the leopard print; much more fun than plain, and the flashes of SB neon are a great touch. Only worn in twice and have had great compliments plus, importantly, it kept me dry. It runs a bit big and is quite long, hence 4 not 5 stars. At only 162cm and UK 10 it just manages not to swamp me and XS has oodles of room for winter layers. So size down and try for length if you’re not tall. Overall though it’s really fab.

I own an older version of the Motion jacket that I have worn religiously for the last few years. Given I wear it so much, and I had the birthday discount, I ordered another one. As previous reviews have said, it is missing the zip pockets which I think is a disadvantage as zipped pockets are more commuter friendly. I also think the hood may be slightly smaller, so not sure it would stay up if my hair was tied high. And it doesn’t have the toggles at the end of the hood like the other, so may be hard to tighten the hood down in windy Irish weather (it comes sideways here sometimes!). I’m a UK size 12/14, and I ordered a S. I had a S in the previous jacket and it fit even when I was 9m pregnant (I was fairly big). This feels a smidge smaller but still fits well. I’m 5’3 and it’s 2/3 down my shin. Overall, I think the previous version is nicer but this is still a great raincoat. It hasn’t been properly tested yet as the weather’s been pretty good here, but if it performs like its ancestors, then A1 despite the couple of negatives above.

Superb fit great material & length perfect. Yet to wear in the rain ! The pockets are great size & secure to put things in like phone etc. Very happy with price to & just adore sweaty betty clothes. Summer time though please make more BRIGHT COLOURS as you have done in the past Thank you

This is a beautiful coat, finished to a much higher spec than the photos and video show. The inside has lovely detailing and taped seams that makes it feel like a robust rainproof garment. I’m quite petite (5 ft ) and the length was fine . I would definitely go down at least one size over your normal SB sizing . Can’t wait for the rain now !
