It's a lovely bag and a really useful size, but ... I bought it because the strap can be adjusted to use on either shoulder and because of a disability, I can only wear a bag on my left shoulder. Unfortunately, the whole bag's designed to be worn on your right shoulder. None of the pockets are accessible worn on the left and even the main zipped compartment is tricky to get to with the zip opening from the bottom as you're wearing it - so all your stuff just falls out! From my perspective it makes the bag pretty much unusable. Getting things in and out is either an uncomfortable (and for me sometimes painful) juggle or I have to take the bag off completely, also an awkward movement for me.

Love the size of this bag and all the pockets to go with it. The strap is adjustable and good quality. I wear it over my right shoulder and across my body so wished the main zip would open the other way or it was a double zip as keep thinking everything will fall out when I open zip whilst wearing the bag. Small price to pay though as I am loving this bsg.

I wanted a small waterproof bag for my hot yoga towels and water bottle and this is perfect. I love the multi- zip option for phone, keys etc and the ability to have this over either shoulder. Delighted to also have bought it the sale but I would have paid full price!

Great for cycling/work/gym. Small enough to be a small bag…. But I can fit in an iPad, chargers, bottle etc and the other day even a vest, shorts, socks and a pair of trainers! Can wear on your front or back and strap changes so can be carried on shoulder or across body. Great versatility!

I should have read the reviews before I purchased. From first use the zip tag of the main compartment came off and continued to come off - then said zip got caught up with the inner label trapping cash phone and glasses resulting in me having to ask to borrow scissors from the restaurant I was in to cut the zip. Total Fail Sweaty Betty and M&S

It’s a great bag with lots of room. The only reason it’s 4 stars is that it’s extremely snug with the strap not fitting well with a size 18 chest and when it’s full/heavy strap slides to sit at the bottom of the neck which is uncomfortable. I would recommend to friends who are smaller than 18 top body size.

A perfect gym bag and also useful for popping into town with too. Enough space for a bottle of water, plus keys, cards, phone and snack. I love the fact you can wear this bag across the body and found it very comfy when wearing.

Love the concept but sadly the stitching at the front of the bag was all puckered making the bag look crumpled and was advised this was not a fault but normal. Decided to return as not good value at the price.

This is a great bag, I love the fact you can change the side of the strap, as I have a neck injury the pain I get varies from one side to the other, so this is great to adjust to which side is more comfortable on a day to day basis. It has lots of different compartments which is always really handy, extremely happy with my purchase, thanks SB.
