I have always ordered flowers for my mum from the M&S site and I am so disappointed in what arrived for her this year. 3 of the large flowers had lost their heads and were in the bottom of the box. The flowers were almost dead. Come on M&S - you are known for quality!

Mum was absolutely delighted with these flowers. The box and packaging were impressive and she reported that the flowers were even better. Ordered these while away with work. Got sent a picture of them and they were not much like the online picture, much much smaller and lacks flowers, space filled up with greenery. Certainly not value for money or impressive which was the goal when ordering. Let down.

I've used many sites over the years to send Mother's Day flowers to my mum as I live away from home and I have to say with a 95% satisfaction rate. I chose this bouquet for my mum as I loved the flowers and colours and of course the free chocolates!! When I phoned my mum on Mother's Day she was positively gushing about this bouquet and she said "it's the nicest bouquet I've ever had". Praise indeed as I've been sending flowers for a lot of years.
