The two lamps I bought as bedside lamps are excellent - they're robust so unlikely to be accidentally knocked over, the shades are high quality (I'd planned to replace them with my previous shades when I ordered them but I disabused myself of that idea straight away on receipt), they were impressively well packed and look stunning on the bedside tables.

The lamps are lovely but or had a slight defect in the glass at the base if one lamp small chip or crack but It us not major and have painted over with clear nail varnish rather than return as too much hassle. The box/package was broken a bit so may gave been handled badly.
