The packaging was very inadequate and no indication there was a fragile item in parcel. 3rd time lucky. Shame because these are very sleek frames, love them M&S customer service was excellent on phone and shop I would recommend purely for the style.

tarac 16-04-2021 07:33 Damaged Photo Frames received, two separate orders Have bought 3 Milan photo frames and only one has not been damaged on receipt. The frames are just thrown in the box for delivery which is bad for both customer and M/S reputation. This needs to be addressed.
