Mid Rise Straight Leg Jeans

Jeans come up a little bit large but not enough to go down a size. They are a good length and not too stretchy which I love.

The legs are far too wide, waist is non stretch making these jeans uncomfortable. Sadly I took the labels out before really looking at them in the mirror, otherwise I would have returned. Just so disappointing everything from leggings, jeggings to jeans are all high wasted! I cannot wear high waisted. I would not recommend.

Firstly these are not 'mid rise' as per the description. They are high rise, and unfortunately that rules them out for me. In the last several years every single pair of M&S jeans I've tried has been high waisted - the waistband is up by my rib cage and the crutch sits too low, then as I move the jeans start to slide down my torso. I can't fathom why there are no longer any mid rise jeans available, as there were a few years ago. Retailers now seem to assume that all women are apple shaped. That aside, I'd say these jeans are true to size, the denim is quite heavy (which I'm not keen on), they are the right length on me (I'm 5'5").

Yes I prefer this pair jeans to the French Connection pair I also purchased. They are comfortable and fit well, I also like the colour, a nice dark denim.

Nice quality and medium weight stretch denim, soft and comfortable. However, I find the legs are a bit wider than I would have liked - would suit ladies with larger thighs than mine - and the length is quite long so I will need to turn up. Would have returned for a short but no stock.

Very Happy with new jeans. Ordered a size 8 and did come up a little large on the waist, but very comfortable so decided to keep them anyway. They are a very good quality.
