Although this lip balm is a lovely colour and texture, I'm really annoyed that it doesn't retract! If you're going to buy this, please be aware of this as I've now lost lots of the balm as it won't retract.

Hey there, we're really sorry to hear this! Our Melting Touch formula is designed to be nourishing on the lips as it emulates a lip balm like feel with colour pay-off. Typically these last on the lips a little less than that of a matte or satin lip product due to the formulation. Using it with a matte lip liner may help with the longevity of the product wear time 🤍

I love most Iconic products and this balm is no exception. BUT who on earth designed the case making it non retractable! Half the product is now stuck up because I didn’t know. As much as I like this I won’t repurchase.

The colour is lovely and it feels great, but the holder I'd faulty, so it ruined the product. Once you turn up the lipstick to use it, it cannot be turned back down, so it breaks when you put the top back on.

Our Melting Touch Lip Balm has been designed to be super easy to click the bottom so the product is pushed up at the top but it is a non-retractable mechanism as mentioned on the product page.
