Hi Lisa, We’re so pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the colour and texture of our Melting Touch Lip Balm, and we’re sorry to hear that you’ve found the packaging disappointing. We completely appreciate that a non-retractable balm can take some getting used to. However, the component is intentionally designed this way to protect the softer formula. The balm is designed to be twisted up only a small amount at a time, as once dispensed, the product cannot be wound back down into the tube. This is why we recommend only dispensing a small amount before application, which also helps to keep the balm secure within the packaging. We understand that this may not be the experience you were expecting, and we’re sorry for any disappointment caused.
