Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and lasted very long. HOWEVER, these were sent to someone who just received a very sever health diagnosis and the note was tucked behind the Care Guide which unfortunately looks like a sympathy card… maybe reconsider the photography!! P.S. The recipient has a sense of humour, therefore’ no harm done’ 🙃

A warning to others about buying M&S flowers. I bought a bouquet for my wife for the care and attention after I had a minor accident. Although flower care instructions were followed, the flowers began to wither and shed leaves after a couple of days. Happily, I complained and received a full refund. Trusting this would not repeat I ordered o rose bouquet for our 52nd anniversary. Again, the flowers dropped and withered and were thrown out within four days. I am reluctant to complain again as I feel I might be regarded as someone who has cottoned onto getting free flowers. On both occasions the flowers were delivered by DPD late in the day. The boxes were warm when received and had not been kept cooled. I have ordered Marks flowers many times in the past and delivery has been by Royal Mail early in the day. No problems have been found.
