Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Dissapointed with quality
Very disappointed with quality of Rose's arrived on the requested day Friday 17th July for my wife as it was our 61st Wedding anniversary, they were well packed with care instruction enclosed which we followed they looked fantastic for the first couple of days, due to the amount there were we put them into two large vases to save them being squashed .On Sunday the19th we were so surprised to see the Orange ones had started to die and checked there was sufficient water in vases.By Tuesday the rest hald wilted and the leaves had gone really crispy and crumbled we managed to save 8 stems but unfortunately these were thrown away by Thursday very Disappointing as we expected them to last longer than a few days so not upto the quality we expected from Marks and Spencers.

I normally give you top marks as your flowers are beautiful and last more than a week! Sadly I sent these to my mum and on arrival they were lovely and she was so pleased but sadly they died within five days. Considering the cost I had hoped for the usual standard. I appreciate the heat may have played a part but I was disappointed
