Emily Bronte Good pasta bowl - check that size is suitable Very nice but not quite what I was expecting. I had broken one of the set of four Maxim pasta bowls I had purchased previously and wanted a replacement. This bowl is considerably larger than those in the set.

tvfitzs Beware! The pasta bowl has a sticker on the bottom which did not come off when I washed it in the dishwasher before use. The sticker contains some metallic element which burned when I subsequently put it in the microwave to warm up. there was a horrible burning smell and the dish underneath was left with scorch marks. There is no warning on the dish to remove the sticker before use.

Sooxs Changed design for Maxim Pasta Bowl I bought 6 of these bowls to match with the 4 bowls I had purchased previously, alas the design has changed. I didn't think to measure to ensure they were the same as M&S usually state there is an updated design. These bowls are nice but they are much larger than the previous design.
