Great pasta bowls
These are great sized bowls for pasta and other stews, curries and casseroles. They are part of the maxim range which we use as everyday tableware so they compliment the rest of the pieces well. They are of good quality and a good price too

Very nice but not quite what I was expecting. I had broken one of the set of four Maxim pasta bowls I had purchased previously and wanted a replacement. This bowl is considerably larger than those in the set.

The pasta bowl has a sticker on the bottom which did not come off when I washed it in the dishwasher before use. The sticker contains some metallic element which burned when I subsequently put it in the microwave to warm up. there was a horrible burning smell and the dish underneath was left with scorch marks. There is no warning on the dish to remove the sticker before use.

I love the maxim dinner range. I already bought some of these to try but the rest of the family felt left out so added enough for everyone. Feel like I'm eating out, they are just lovely. Classy but hard wearing, they can stand my children chucking them in and out of the dishwasher.
