Maxim Cereal Bowl

I am thrilled with these bowls. I’d been looking for bowls like this for ages. They are exactly the right size for breakfast cereals or dessert and the perfect shape for fitting easily into the dishwasher. They arrived wrapped carefully and in perfect condition. They are proving to be durable in use. I thoroughly recommend them and would give them six stars if I could!

I have bought Maxim cereal bowls over the years, but each time I have replace them they are a slightly different shape which makes then unstable when stacked in the cupboard. Though I expect that I will still buy them.

I first bought these years ago and keep buying more whenever any get broken. They go with everything, are a useful size and fit perfectly in the dishwasher. Only problem is one of the dishes I bought online recently arrived broken despite being very well packed.

I have had many other M&S bowls over the years. This bowl is half the depth. Suitable for a child’s cereal portion but not an adult. Pretty disappointed. Keeping to use as dessert bowls (or not something that will be 9/10 full of milk!) as can’t be bothered to repackage and take to the post office.

Good size and good quality dishwasher proof just what I wanted

This is a simple and stylish bowl, we already have some which have lasted well, just buying a couple more to boost our collection (for all the dinner parties we hope to host in some magical, post-pandemic future!). They fit quite well in the dishwasher. They also arrived in plastic-free packaging which made us VERY happy. Thanks M&S!

Bought these as I like white crockery and already have some. Very pleased with the price and the shape

I have a set of Maxim which I love and have had for approx. 10 years, but have just ordered a replacement cereal bowl and found it is not the same design as before, which is very disappointing. I was hoping that a classic set like Maxim would stay the same and that you could replace pieces exactly. The new style bowl is more or less the same size, slightly deeper, but has not got the narrow rim round the top. Very disappointed.

Most useful, attractive and well-priced bowl I have ever used. It fits in the dishwasher, stacks well in the cupboard and looks good on the table. It has multiple uses; - cereal bowl - serving bowl - side bowl for small pasta and salad - soup bowl - good for beating eggs I am now buying replacements, so M&S please do not drop, replace or upgrade this bowl, it's ergonomics are just to convenient!

I have not actually opened my parcel as it is a Xmas gift but have previously bought this design for my son and we are just replacing breakages. Perfect every day set

Very good quality, stylish and ideal size for a bowl

I was trying to find a flatter bowl which works better in my dishwasher. This was a great solution.

I bought this online. The delivery was ahead of schedule. The dish is lovely to handle and does exactly what I wanted. The plain white means it doesn't clash with my dinner service.

I cannot fault this china. It is so fab, very basic but I just love it. Have had this china for a few years and it I have broken any then I can then replace them. Still look good.
