Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Sent as a gift - I live in the US and my mum is cared for in a dementia facility in London. The flowers arrived in a huge box, in perfect condition and we absolutely stunning. My sister was there to unpack and arrange the flowers, and not only were they gorgeous, they also smelt amazing, truly brightening up my mums room for the holidays. Everyone who has seen them remarks on their beauty, bright colours and their delicious aroma.

Delighted to receive this colourful bouquet, which looked like it had been carefully arranged for impact. At first quality seemed great, it arrived exactly as pictured, with flowers already open. If you’re buying for initial impact only it’s worth it. But even with trimming, feeding, watering the flowers had badly wilted by day 4. With M&S adding more super premium bouquets they need to do more to ensure flowers are fresh when they arrive as I found this short life disappointing for £150. The big box packaging creates a good look too, but with a dose of Yodel’s rough handling wasn’t enough to keep the flowers stable, they had fallen over and some were squashed on one side.

I bought this for a birthday present for my daughter in law and it was lovely when it arrived. Unfortunately after a few days some of the flowers were wilting and had to be removed. The whole thing lasted about a week.

These are the largest bouquet of flowers I’ve ever received, and they are very beautiful and if not for the biggest M&S box I’ve ever seen, I would’ve thought they were from a top of the range florist.
