These crackers arrived with damage to one of the crackers and bits of decoration missing have kept them but not impressed they were sent with obvious bits missing

Received this week, and they look the usual great standard which M & S excel at. Lovely content selection and suitable for adults, worth paying the price. However, the packaging is awful. Appreciate what you are trying to do, but three crackers had to be 'de-creased' due to the fact the previously used plastic film is not there any longer and there was nothing to protect the crackers. I have managed to iron out the creases and they look fine now, but for next year maybe consider a solid box, not one with a hole!!
