Linen Rich Straight Leg Trousers

Although I had to buy the long size and shorten these linen trousers, I am extremely pleased I did as the fabric is lovely, the fit is excellent and the design, with the high waist, is special.

I was looking forward to collecting these trousers as l had ordered them on line. When l took them out of the plastic they looked as if they had been worn and then stuffed back in the wrapping. They were very creased and looked like a piece of rag. The fit was fine but the quality of the material was very poor. I have noticed recently a number of garments l have ordered on line have arrived in a very poor state and l have had returned them. Standards are slipping and need to be reviewed.

Purchased these trousers in a Size 6 for my 18 year old daughter to wear for work. They are beautiful (although she would look good in a sack!) and fit perfectly. The material is neither too thin nor too heavy - the high waist only adds to the individuality of the trousers - the regular length is perfect to wear with flat brogues although I'm sure they would look equally good with heels. They are, however, Linen and washing instructions need to be followed to the letter. Keep away from any form of heat! Have to recommend M&S on their size 6 range of trousers - you've gained an 18 year old convert!

The fit was good (size 12) but the material was too flimsy so creased easily.

I loved the high waist on these trousers as I have a bit of a tum they were a perfect choice for me. As other reviewers have said, they are a big fit so I went down a size which fitted perfectly. I'm 5 ft 2 inches and tried a size 14 initially but went down to a size 12 short. Great length for me and gave me a real buzz that I was wearing a size 12. M&S are the only store currently that provide trousers in a short length which is a a huge bonus for us who are under 5 ft 3 inches tall. All in All a great buy. Hail M&S!

I was really looking forward to getting these pants but when I took them out of the bag the material was shiney in places as if they had been ironed on wrong side. They were pressed with a line down front but folded the opposite way they looked terrible - very creased I love everything linen but these were not for me they are bagged up ready to take back very disappointed

I liked these trousers. Such a nice change from all the drawstring ones. More like them please

Good quality linen, stylish design, quite high waisted, fit slightly big, overall good value with quality.

I loved these high waisted trousers. Great fit and very smart. It is a refreshing change to have trousers that actually sit on the waist and not underneath the belly button! Well done M&S

I usually like high waist trousers & this was not my problem with these.They were huge,particularly in the hips & thigh.I am size 12 & the standard length was also too long. This is the second pair of linen trousers I have tried, the other pair having a similar problem.I also dislike trousers without. belt loops

Smart trousers but had to return as too much gathering at back. Good price and good quality.

Very pleased with these trouser they were just what I wanted for two special occasions. Fitted well and looked good.

These trousers are a lovely fit and style. As past reviews, I think they would only be suitable for a tall women as they are high waisted. I will be wearing them with heels and a bodysuit, very stylish trousers. I would highly recommend them
