I purchased this as a surprise Christmas gift for my Mother. I thought it would be nice to have it delivered a few days before Christmas for her to enjoy before the big day itself.I could not believe how small it was and the plants were not of good quality. I was actually embarrassed that I had ordered these for two close relatives as Christmas presents. It has shaken my confidence in M&S.

Although the item is pretty, it was significantly smaller than I had thought. Plants were very small and the rose arrived in bud. It does make a sweet gift, but I don’t think it is worth the £35 mark up, considering I purchased a single small house with a flower elsewhere for £3.50.
