Incredibly Fun and Challenging Set

My 8 year old ended up giving up on this build but that just meant more fun for me to help him! There are many Technic pieces so I can see why he got a little lost, especially with the alignment of the pieces and all the stickers. I have to say it was a little challenging for me too when comparing the instructions to the set but it was a fun challenge. The appearance and function when it's done is very nice. It will stay out for our F1 fan friends to see and play (kids as well as kids at heart).

The quality of the pieces is perfect, they fit together great. The car is exactly as described on the box. The car's pull back works perfectly. It has great speed, it's very resistant, it doesn't fall apart when it hits something. The packaging is very nice and the manual is easy to understand. We simply loved it.

I like that it takes time to put together so it gives you a lot of bonding time with your kiddo. Once the car is put together it is nice and sturdy and does not feel cheap. I love the pull back feature it actually works so my son was able to play with the car once we finished building it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This long awaited product came out great. It took around 45 minutes to assemble and was pretty easy to follow the instructions. It looks exactly like the box art and is pretty cool to play with. It has a pull-back feature that adds more another layer of fun and is sleek to look at. I don't know if I'd want my kids to play with it unsupervised but it's awesome enough for adults.

This car has easy instructions, and fun stickers that can be put on. It has a sturdy design which gives it a pull back to zoom off of! I love that you can leave it on a shelf for display or put away and reassemble another day!

While this was a fun quick build the end result was strange. The front end sits very high so the stance is completely off. It doesn’t look like that in other official and customer pictures so not sure if there is something wrong with my particular build but I tripled checked instructions to verify I didn’t make an error. The nose is unrealistically high. See picture???

What an excellent kit. The stickers that some people complain about are really just what is part of a typical racecar and the sponsors in my opinion and were fun and easy to apply. The car is beautiful and designed very well. I hope to get the larger version as well soon. Highly recommended.
