Good for older kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These blocks are good for older kids. They are durable and assembly is pretty easy. They are small so not safe for Lil ones. Hard to store. Good buy

I’ve been a Lego builder since my childhood, in recent years my children have expressed interest in Lego which has reignited my love for building. My youngest loves to put things together. I decided to get the Lego Duplo to see if there was any interest and sure enough he loves them. His new go to, and his older brother loves showing him new things to do with them as well.

My 2 year old is obsessed with this set of legos. So far we made grandma’s house, a hallway (we live in an apartment), a backyard garden, the Washington Monument, Starbucks, a car wash, and a playground. The colors are great. There are just enough representative pieces (door, roof, slide, swing) without being overly prescriptive and needing to copy a picture. A block can be a trash can, a package, or a skateboard. He really likes the people and dog. We build something new every time. My son was very frustrated at first by the challenge of putting the blocks together, but he is improving and wants to play legos every day.

In love with this Lego box! The pastel colors are stunning! So many building possibilities! Bought this to complement 3 other Duplo sets and it does not dissappoint!!! My 20 month old son loves it, he plays with Lego every day. It also comes with a box whoch is so handy to store all the legos, not only this as it has plenty of space in it! Would recommend 100%
