Very big, no structure in the heel so they have no support there. Giving a 3 because they are nice leather and good value, but even in a smaller size they would be sloppy at the back.

Very bad Quality started to fall apart

Terrible Quality. I have bought these before and they were great quality, just repurchased for my daughter and the quality is terrible, heel came away after two wears and they started growing mould after being worn on one rainy day. There is an issue with materials used to make them, M&S need to look into it.

Loafers are very comfortable and stylish! The leather is quite soft so it has creased a bit after a couple of wears but I don’t mind the look - a great option if you’re looking for affordable leather shoes

These are like slippers, the leather is so soft. They are so comfortable. Other reviews said come up a little larger. Perfect for me ad I prefer roomy around toes. I got a 7 and perfect for me. I usually go for a wide fit but again based on reviews I felt I wouldn’t need that and these were perfect. They look smart as well

Very soft leather and very comfortable; I can wear these all day without rubbing or slipping. They look great with socks! So pleased as it’s difficult to get a true feel for them when they’re tied together with elastic! Look great with wide leg trousers, barrel legs and skirts. They may come up a little big as I went down half a size and can still wear with thin socks. Excellent shoes, so far wearing well.

They have a weird leather gathering around the toe and no reinforcement around the heel making them difficult to put on. Very cheaply made and nit worth the money.
