Good quality and comfortable

Good quality and comfortable as should be expected from Clarks, worn all day and night after a funeral and had no issues with them, never had that feeling “I can’t wait to get these off” for first use. Happy 👍🏻

I bought these to go with a new suit. They look like the image and are true to size. I have only worn them once so time will tell if they will last.

Standard has slipped

I've bought many pairs of these shoes but the latest are different, they seem cheaper, bulkier, less smart, I doubt they same production process has been maintained, disappointed.

very poor quality

Rubber soles got destroyed in a few months which resulted in wet feet. When I checked for replacement, the local shoemaker he said he could not repair rubber soles as it melts with glue. Even when it is brand new the sole cannot be protected.

Nice shoes but fell apart after 6 months..
Originally posted on clarksusa.com
Nice quality leather shoes for school. Comfortable and the upper has lasted well but excessive wear on the (too soft) heel after only 6 months. He has a 30 min walk to school and the heel has completely worn through to make holes in the grid support under the thin layer of heel rubber. This is completely unacceptable, I feel, for shoes to effectively fall apart after only 6 month's wear.

Comfy shoe but excessive heel wear after 6 months
Originally posted on clarksusa.com
I bought 6 months ago and whilst the shoes are really comfortable for everyday work shoes , the wear on the heel is excessive and the plastic matrix of the heel is now showing through requiring repair. I walk 10,000 steps a day in them so maybe there not designed for this amount of walking? Just wish Clarks did their next range up in a wide fitting which I think uses a different heel & sole design but they don’t.

Bought these for my son for school. He found them very uncomfortable and had horrible blisters for weeks after just wearing them twice.

I bought the shoes for work. I travel very often for work and I really need a comfortable pair of shoes to wear most of the day. The quality of the product has changed very much during times. No even 2 days and the shoes were plenty of scratches. The quality of the leather is horrible.

Shoes didn't fit
Originally posted on clarksusa.com
My husband tried on a size 8.5 shoe in wide fitting at the store didn't have a size 8. The width was fine, but the shoe was to big at the front of the shoe. The sales guy (who was so helpful) suggested that we order them online, which i did whilst in the store and received 15% off for my first online order with Clarks, which was nice. When they arrived a few days later, my husband couldn't even get his foot in the shoe!! So I returned to the store to ask if i had infact ordered the wide fitting, the sales guy said that I had, so, as they didn't fit I had no other option but to have a refund. It did seem strange that the half size bigger was wide and fitted, but his usual size 8 didn't. It was a shame, as he liked the shoes

Nothing to worry about
Originally posted on clarksusa.com
Having read some of the other reviews I was a little worried when the right shoe was a little tight and I could feel the stitching for the toe cap. However, with a few days wear they have broken in nicely and are now as comfortable as my last two pairs of Clarks black toe-cap shoes
