Ordered as a change of style. Great fit, but bad quality control as there's an uncomfortable hard lump in the heel insert the padding in the left boot. Tried to order a replacement but the first pair was cancelled, despite having a pick up notification and the second time pair two right feet were sent. So, mostly comfortable, smart and stylish - just has made me wary of online ordering...

Ive been looking for a square toe ankle boot for a while, so had great expectations when I saw these boots and ordered a pair. When they arrived, I was disappointed to see that they have an unusual ridge thing going on at the toe end of the boot… clearly this can be seen the M&S pictures. It spoilt what could’ve been the perfect ankle boot and although they felt comfortable, I decided to send back.

Love these boots. They a longer length chelsea boot so great to wear with ankle crop jeans. They are bit big for me, I'm a size 5 which is the size I bought. Maybe could have gone half size down. But I'll wear with thick socks so they are comfortable. Lots of room for my toes.

Great boots that look more expensive than they are. Nice modern shape and slim fit through the ankle and leg, come up nice and high so look good with cropped jeans and maxi skirts. Size wise I'm normally a 5 but took a 4.5 in these and they still have a good amount of room. I've worm mine several days running and they are very comfortable, my foot feels supported.

Bought these in store - I'm a bit confused about sizing but that's why for me, its best to try on in store. I can vary (depending on style) between a 7, 7.5 and 8! Got these in a 7 and they are absolutely perfect and so comfy! The tab at the back fits my finger (not all boots tabs do) and the elastic is not too tight and so they are very easy to get on! I have sprayed with water protector so they dont ruin in any shower that might unexpectedly happen! A lovely addition to my shoe/boot collection. Bought in black - fancy the brown now!!

Really nice shoes. I wanted something that is water resistant for rainy days and this meets my requirements completely. However, not recommended for longer walks or more than usual daily physical activity. Otherwise, these are a must have specially for work/office.
