Beautiful boots
These boots are beautiful in every way and I love them. Size and fit is perfect. I ordered for my daughter as she had been looking at these for a while but her size 5 was out of stock. Checked and a size 5 appeared so ordered. When they arrived the box was covered in clear plastic and fell apart when opened. Was not happy as these were bought as a present, phoned customer service to ask if they could send a replacement box, the answer was no but they gave me a £10 voucher to buy a box. This turned out impossible for the size of the boot. I am really surprised that M & S and Jones would actually send an expensive boot out in a completely flattened box.

These are what I have been looking for. I am very petite and boots are always so big. These are lovely and the leather is so soft.

Lovely slim top boots but baggy round calf muscle
Nearly there M&S! We all don’t have large lower legs! These boots are beautifully made, nice heel and lovely soft leather, fit well around the top but with my skinny leg calf muscle in the boots, they did not fill well so caused bagginess there-had to send back.
