Great shoes but only for slim legs
Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as they don’t have any flexibility around the calf and I cannot zip them completely. These are only for slim legs. It’s a shame as they are beautiful.

Really nice boots, great heel and toe shape, though a bit big around the calf and top. Like another reviewer, I will wear with skirt so doesn’t matter. I would also recommend going slightly bigger in size. Quite a pricey investment but hopefully will last several years.

Bought these as I thought I’d finally found a pair of good knee high boots ! Wrong! Whilst they fit my feet perfectly they’re not good for anyone who has a wider calf which is odd because I have a pair of suede knee high boots from M&S and they fit my calves perfectly. Maybe M&Sneed to rethink the design on these and have some elastic around the top or something that will allow for a bit more stretch?

The quality of these boots is amazing, what a great price for real leather! You'll never please everyone in terms of calf width, but I find these very large on the calf. However I bought them to wear under a long skirt, so it didn't matter to me. I think there is a market for a slim calf boot, the only knee boots I have ever owned that really fit me were called Twiggy from Russell and Bromley in the 90s. The heel height, toe shape and comfort of these boots is spot on. I wore them for a long day out around London and my feet were perfectly happy.

I love these. I wasn't sure I could manage heels of this height but they are surprisingly comfortable and I can get through the day and an evening in them (and I walk on cobblestones a lot) without sore feet. They were slightly tight at the very top initially, but darts around the top add flexibility and they've stretched just enough to be perfect. I've had lots of compliments and one friend has bought her own pair.
