I loved the look of the boots, but after wearing them for a day, I went to put them back on and the zip broke off on one of the boots. Really disappointed

Perfect boots, you can dress them up or down, they are so comfortable. The leather isn’t too soft or too hard. These are by far the most favourite boots I have.

I’ve worn these twice now and I’m very happy with their overall look and feel. I tried many other boots at M&S, I usually buy wide fit however these weren’t available in wide fit but I still found these very comfortable. Thumbs up from me.

Haven’t actually worn these yet, but I’ve trialled them indoors. They’re super comfortable and have a good tread as well as a cosy lining, so I’m hoping they’ll be a treasure in the snowy months to come.

great boots, but a tad too big, so i went down half a size. it's good that the boots come in half sizes. very comfortable, cool styling.
