These shorts are great for running. The pocket inside is big enough to hold my iPhone. The quality is good as well. If you are on the fence regarding size, I would recommend sizing up as they are a bit small. I ordered a medium and I am 5’ 9” and around 170 lbs.

They are very comfortable. The lining inside the shorts fit perfect, even better (in my opinion) than the vanish woven and the length is perfect. Just for reference I’m 5’ 7” 170 pounds and wear a small but could comfortably wear a medium

Although I'm not a big fan of the liner being longer than the shorts, I was aware these were made that way and I find it's not as bad as I thought it would be. The shorts fit well and are very comfortable to run and workout in. They work well for colder and ir rainy days.

Been looking for a go-to short for some time: something with light, quick-drying outershort, comfortable liner, and some decent pockets that were practical. This pair answers the call on all. Very nice-fitting short with comfortable waistband. Drawstring is on outer to prevent chafing. Internal liner is amazingly comfortable, and provides some great compression. I did a 5-mile run, then went to a gym class a few hours later; wore the shorts to both and felt great: dry, comfortable, and easy.

I purchased the black shorts with the interior short/layer is cool with ample support. Great for warm weather-the Top of my Game tank top fits loose enough for workouts and fits well.
