A blend of the three classic Champagne varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier made by Daniel Ham. Grown on part of the historic Bingham's Melcombe Estate in the rural Dorset countryside. The vineyard site is perfectly suited to growing the classic Champagne varieties - a sheltered south facing slope, chalk subsoil and lots of Dorset sunshine.

Purchased this to try when it was on offer. A really classy sparkling. Brut but with no sharp after taste sometimes found with champagnes.
