Nice lightweight shoe
No, I don't recommend this
Nice modern shoe for summer. Good value as I bought then half price. Not sure I would have purchased at the full price. Fairly comfortable although they rub the back of my heel without a sock. A problem I have with lots of shoes.

Summer Style

Great style and very comfortable, apart from the back is a bit high and hard. I recommend softening it before you wear these for very long, once that’s done they’re great.. They look really good with a midi dresses.

Flatforms
Yes, I recommend this
I love these. I have them in the pale blue stripe. Im a size 36, wide fitting normally. I risked getting the Regular size 3 (35) as my size was sold out. They fit me perfectly, but if you have tiny, narrow feet I guess they’d need a sock.

Sale price
Yes, I recommend this
I could only get these in the size smaller which worked out well as they are big made. I only paid £15 in the sale but would have happily paid full price if I had seen them earlier They look silver but close up are a thin sparkly grey stripe

Very Summery
Yes, I recommend this
Love the striped design although I found the fabric to be very thin, wouldn’t have paid full price for them, as not as substantial as others I’ve had, but sole solid and nice looking shoe. Very practical summery colours and design.

Comfortable casual 'trainers' with a nice flatform sole. Will be well used once the weather dries up!!!

My new go to summer footwear
Yes, I recommend this
These shoes go with almost everything in my wardrobe. I am tall so wavered on purchasing a platform but I also suffer with planar fascitis. The give in the insole accommodates this and walking had become a little easier. They casualise (is that a word?) A floaty dress and smarten up any length of trousers.

Not for me

Too short & pressed on my big toe. So returned them. Style-wise okay but the top looked sort of flat if that makes sense. Not really flattering for me...

Deceptive
Yes, I recommend this
Insofar as the platform soles look very thick and unwieldy but in fact they are very comfortable and don’t look chunky at all. Very pleased with them, especially as I mucked up my first order and they’d been the last pair.

Blue striped Flatforms

These are lovely and fresh-looking and look great with white or blue jeans. I also bought a pair in animal print. They aren't too heavy and are very comfy

Easy wear Espadrilles
Yes, I recommend this
Very comfortable Espadrilles , since I bough these I’ve now bought the cream ones and the leopard print ones ; they fit a little big but they are so comfortable, I usually buy a wide fit 6.5 ; so I went for a standard 7 the width is perfect but think I could have got away with a 6.5 .They are so light too perfect for putting in your suitcase . They look fabulous with jeans or cargo pants or cut offs. Would highly recommend.

Ideal summer shoes and vegan too!
Yes, I recommend this
I love that M&S have introduced such a wide range of vegan products that aren’t a separate pricier range but suitable for everyone and are stylish too. These fit fine, because of the weight of the sole they felt slightly big as the sole pulled down a little but not enough to make them uncomfortable. Recommended

summer walking
Yes, I recommend this
These are sturdy espadrilles with a thick sole and have a woven fabric or canvas upper. I like the pale grey colour but could not find instructions on taking care of them. I hope that they do not scuff and look dirty after some use. I need shoes that take an orthopaedic insole and I look for shoes that are broad and deep. These seem to fit the bill.

Unforgiving material
No, I don't recommend this
[Employee of marksandspencer-en_gb] I purchased these shoes and wore them on one short walk from the car park to a shop and within that time they rubbed both ankles, one had a blister. The back is very hard, not sure even with time it would soften. I took them back for a refund as unwearable, which you did with no quibble thank you.

Lovely shoes, need breaking in.
Yes, I recommend this
Lovely looking shoes, great value especially at sale price. Sole is very comfortable, however I wore these without socks for the first wear and rubbed badly at the heel. I am size 7.5 so bought a seven as recommended by previous reviews, fit perfectly.

Nice shoes
Yes, I recommend this
They were 20 percent off and I would them in beige. Size one size down as they come up large. They look better on and makes the feet look small. Nice colour with a trendy platform sole. Suitable for all ages and will go with most outfits. They are a little stiff but Thai is the design if the style but they soften with wear, Make sure they because if too big or small will rub the back if the heel and they need to be worn in a little.

Lovely espadrilles
Yes, I recommend this
I am a narrow small 5 in M&S footwear. I read the reviews and sized down to a 4, however they were true to size, perhaps a little wide in style, and thus too small for me as my feet went right to the end. I liked them a lot but it was not to be. I tried them on with trainer socks but felt they might be a little hard to break in as the material seemed sturdy than soft. I posted them straight back as it was clear that the style wasn’t right for my feet.
